At Epiluma, we’re committed to delivering products to you safely and efficiently. Below, you’ll find details on shipping rates, delivery times, and international deliveries.

Shipping rates

Unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer, our standard shipping policy is as follows:

  • Free shipping within Hong Kong on all orders.

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders of USD 250 or more.

  • For orders below USD 250, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order processing & tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International shipping & customs

For international orders, please note the following:

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days.

  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, determined by local customs authorities and payable by the recipient.

  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • P.O. Box is not accepted as a shipping address.
